Instructions - Read these
before you start, they will save you a lot of time:
- Enter your User name and Password
- Then download from Stocks the program and the history installers (use
the 12 month Trial installer or the 10 year installer if you
purchased that data) select the Australian server - but any will
work.
- Choose to Save the files to your Windows Desktop, or to some other
location where you can find it readily.
- Then locate the program installer, run it and follow the
prompts (the program installer will recognise the history installer and
offer to install the history for you as part of the process).
- If you have purchased the data history as a one-off
item, the installer is only available for download for a period of 3
weeks after purchase (it can’t be re-downloaded on a continuing basis).
Do not download the trial history if you have purchased the full
history.
- Warning - If you download and install the history after you have set up
created your focus lists inside OmniTrader, you will need to delete
the previous focus lists
and recreate them lists, since all the links will change.
- You will also receive a free very simple chart program called
Premium Charts - you are unlikely to need this.
- In your program folder - programs are normally saved as c:/Trading
