- There is
a 30 day refund policy for OmniTrader and VisualTrader software only
- It does not include educational material
or special bundled software or data included in any offer and
excludes
any outgoing handling costs and is less a return
administration fee of twenty five dollars per order.
- The 30-day return period begins on the date the licence key
is sent to the customer and
this return policy pertains only to products distributed by and
purchased from CorporateDoctor.
- Where the
return relates to physical stock, the item must be returned in original external box packaging and
must be in a condition which would allow the item to be re-sold as
is.
- The return should not be sent back to us until we have had the
opportunity to discuss your concerns and provided you with a email
confirmation of the return address required.
- On return all
licence keys will cancelled by Nirvana and you should uninstall the
software from your computers.
