There is
a 30 day refund policy for OmniTrader and VisualTrader software. It does not include educational material
or special bundled software included in the offer and
excludes the outgoing handling costs and is less a ten percent return
administration fee. It does not include any other items sold on
this web site.
The 30-day return period begins on the actual shipping date, and
this return policy pertains only to products distributed by and
purchased from CorporateDoctor. If the product was purchased from
someone other than CorporateDoctor, please contact that company for
their return policy.
To
obtain a refund, the software must be returned in original external box packaging and
must be in a condition which would allow the item to be re sold as
is. The return should not be sent back to us until we have had the
opportunity to discuss your concerns and provided you with a email
confirmation of the return address required.
On return all
licence keys will cancelled by Nirvana.
